Whenever I start getting worried it's because I think opportunity is finite. I'm thinking and acting small. We've all been there and we'll all be there again.
Something that has helped me get out of that headspace is physically getting to higher ground to look around. It gets me out of my own little world.
A view like these creates remarkable perspective because it's a reminder just how many people are around us in their own little world.
When we're head down we forget this and feel stuck. Despair becomes consuming.
Never forget that opportunity is abundant and around us at all times. I take this for granted and I'm sure you do too.
Get to higher ground, look around, and remind yourself "There's a lot of people out there that I can help!"
